Last updated: September 25, 2026. This is an English translation of the French terms, which prevail in case of conflict.
1. Seller
Hippolyte du Pac de Marsoulies, sole trader (French micro-entreprise), SIRET 104 506 712 00017, 69 boulevard Lefebvre, 75015 Paris, France, email hippodupac@gmail.com. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.
2. Products and services
- The (Un)reachable Kit : a PDF document and a Notion tracking board template to duplicate. €29, all taxes included.
- AI System : three text files of instructions for conversational assistants and a PDF guide. €20, all taxes included, sold together with the Kit (€49, all taxes included).
Prices are shown in euros. They may change; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. Your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion.
3. Ordering and payment
Products are ordered online and paid by card through Stripe. Payment is due at the time of the order.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, through a delivery page and an email containing the download and access links. The seller undertakes to keep the Notion templates accessible for at least 12 months from the purchase, and to notify buyers by email if a link changes.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By ticking the box at checkout, the buyer requests immediate access to the content and waives the right of withdrawal. No refund is due after delivery.
6. License
The products are licensed for strictly personal, non-transferable use. The following are prohibited: sharing the files or the access links to the Notion page, resale, reproduction, or integration of the content and templates into a third-party product or service. The templates may be used freely by the buyer for their own activity.
7. No guarantee of results
The products convey a method and documents. They do not guarantee any result in terms of replies obtained, views, followers, income or employment. Any legal or administrative templates are provided for information only and do not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice.
8. Liability
The seller's liability is limited to the amount paid by the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the unavailability of third-party platforms used for hosting (Notion, YouTube, Stripe, beehiiv).
9. Personal data
The data collected (name, email, payment data processed by Stripe) is used to deliver the products, for invoicing and, with consent, to send the newsletter. It is not sold. You can access, correct or delete your data by emailing hippodupac@gmail.com.
10. Mediation and disputes
In case of a dispute, consumers may use the consumer mediator free of charge: [name of the approved mediator, website]. Failing an agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction. Governing law: French law.
